At Streamline Marketplace, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have made the exchange process convenient and hassle-free.
Exchange Policy
Domestic Orders:
All products purchased from www.streamlinemarketplace.com can be exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date, no questions asked!
To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by filling out the Complaint/Inquiry form.
We offer FREE pickup for customers opting for the online exchange process, which typically takes 7-10 working days.
A product is eligible for exchange if:
- It is in a saleable condition, unused, and unwashed, with original tags and price labels attached.
- Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or online order confirmation email).
However, we cannot process exchange requests if:
- The request is made outside the 10-day exchange window.
- The product is damaged due to use or has been tampered with.
- Any essential item from the package is missing (tags, labels, original packing, order invoice, etc.).
- Any additional fabric or embellishments used for promotional shoots are expected but not mentioned on the website.
- Fragrance & Jewelry products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Streamline Marketplace does not take responsibility for items purchased from unauthorized sellers. Ensure you buy authentic products from our official website www.streamlinemarketplace.com. All official orders are delivered in original Streamline Marketplace packaging.
International Orders:
Currently, we do not offer an exchange/return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you may register a complaint by filling out the Complaint/Inquiry form or call us at +1 (253) 951-1365 for assistance.
International orders are delivered in a box wrapped with www.streamlinemarketplace.com logo tape. We will not entertain complaints if the order is not received in the original flyer/tape.
Refund Policy
Streamline Marketplace does not offer cash refunds.
However, refunds may be granted in specific cases:
- If the order is canceled before processing.
- If a product is found defective during quality control and is the only available piece, leading to its removal from the order.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 14 days and reflected in your account.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders at any time before the order is processed. Streamline Marketplace reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Quality control defects
- Payment issues (credit/debit card decline by the financial institution)
